i think i may not be a good blogger. it could have something to do with the fact that i'm paid to write all day every day during the work week so it's sometimes hard to summon my personal voice or write creatively in my spare time.
ah, well. anyway. i posted in february about wanting to visit spain and portugal and am pleased to report, it happened! and zurich, marbella and dublin too! it was a fabulous journey - though too many cities in too small a timeframe - and it reinforced my "travel bug" tenfold. i'm already fantasizing about my next visit to europe, which i think will be more of eastern europe - croatia, greece and turkey maybe.
